The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study was all employees at Coffee Crowd in Medan City, totaling 389 employees. Based on Slovin's calculations, the number of samples in this study was 80 Coffee Crowd employees in Medan City. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation, observation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. Supermarkets Move Forward Together with Glugur. This research used a total of 100 research samples as respondents. This research uses quantitative research and the data sources used in this research use primary and secondary data sources. The testing technique used in this research uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the partial test results above, partial results were obtained that the product quality variable had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, then the price variable had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The type of research used in this writing is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena, both natural phenomena and man-made phenomena. For those who are not sensitive, it is certain that this business will not last long. This competition also provides opportunities and challenges. Those who are sensitive to environmental changes always try to find the best way to capture and maintain market share. This research was conducted to see consumer behavior before making a purchase until finally deciding to purchase a product. The method in this research is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation using primary and secondary data. The research results show: (1) Marketing stimuli that encourage consumers to shop online because the products are complete and practical, low prices, fast delivery; (2) Characteristics of individuals who follow online shopping trends, influence from friends, busy, easy to compare prices and products, buy for resale, don't know the location of the shop, and dropship; (3) Online purchasing decisions for product selection are based on reviews, low prices and total sales. Store selection is based on store reputation/rating, response speed, and store location. The time of purchase is often made when there is a promotion and the date when the salary is received. The majority of purchases are more than one, to save on shipping costs.
